We accept pets. We require a non-refundable fee of $250 for dogs and a monthly Fee of $40 per dog. There is a non-refundable fee of $150 for cats along with a monthly fee of $35. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
